Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 14 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Germany - Standard delivery time within 3 working days with DPD or DHL
Western Europe - Standard delivery time within 4 working days with DPD or DHL
Eastern Europe - Standard delivery time within 7-15 working days with DPD or DHL

Customs & Customs Clearance Charges

For deliveries outside the European Community, the buyer must pay the customs clearance costs himself. Any customs and import costs will be charged once the shipment reaches the destination country. These costs must be paid by the recipient of the package.

We have no control over these costs and we cannot predict how much they will be. Since the customs regulations vary greatly from country to country, we recommend that you obtain more information from your local customs office.

Returns, complaints & exchanges

Our 30 day return guarantee

As long as the item is returned to us in its original packaging and unused within 30 days of receipt of the goods, you will receive a credit note for the amount paid for the product.
All you have to do to benefit from this offer is
(a) fill in the enclosed return slip, mark the item (s) that you want to return and add the date to sign it
(b) Return the item to us, postage paid, as received.
We reserve the right to refuse to take them back or not to issue a credit note for returned goods that have already been washed, worn or used, or for which labels or tags are missing.
Please keep the receipt of the return shipment carefully, as the risk of loss is borne by the sender until the goods arrive at our warehouse.
We ask for your understanding that underwear and swimwear are excluded from this 30-day return guarantee. Of course, all statutory provisions apply here.


If you make use of your right of withdrawal, we will refund youthe paid product price and, if applicable, the fees for standard shipping.
We will inform you about the reimbursement by email. Please note that all repayments are processed in the same way as the payment option you have chosen, whereby we can only carry out chargebacks to the identical credit or bank card.
Our 30-day return guarantee applies in addition to all existing rights of the cancellation policy or the right of cancellation.


If you think that a product was faulty or incorrectly delivered, please send us an email with the information:
(a) Name, address and - if available - invoice number
(b) Mention of the article (s) (if possible with color and article number) that you would like to complain about
(c) the reason for the complaint.
We will contact you directly and find an individual solution for you.
If the complaint is justified, you will receive a credit note within 5 working days, including the shipping costs incurred. We will notify you of the reimbursement by e-mail. We would like to expressly point out that you have the right to the delivery of faultless goods in accordance with the statutory provisions. Our rules for handling complaints do not limit these rights in any way.


Unfortunately, for organizational reasons, it is not possible for us to process an exchange at the moment. So if you want to exchange an item, we would kindly ask you to observe the guidelines for returns and we will issue a refund as soon as possible so that you can order the item in a different size.
