Returns

If you would like to return an item, please log in to your account with your order number and request a return label via the “Return” section.
After your request, the return label will be sent to your registered email address. You can then easily complete your return using this label.

For returns within Germany, €3.50 will be deducted from your refund; for international returns, €5.95 will be deducted.

Any customs fees for international returns are the responsibility of the customer.

If your purchase was part of a promotion and the total order value drops below the promotion threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You may open the packaging to try on the items, but please ensure they are not damaged or soiled.

Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please place a new order in our online shop. This ensures faster delivery and proper invoice matching.

Return Conditions
Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or used items cannot be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with the original tags attached.

The refund will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned items.
