If you wish to return any items, please check the corresponding items on the form and enclose this return form with the package. All items should be returned in their original packaging and should be in the same condition as when you received them. Of course, you are welcome to open the plastic bags and try on the items - just be careful not to damage or stain them.

• ⁠ ⁠If a return label is enclosed and you choose to use it, 3,95 € will be deducted from the refund amount for returns within Germany, and 5.95 € will be deducted for international returns. Any customs fees incurred for international returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• ⁠ ⁠If your purchase was made as part of a promotion and the total purchase amount falls below the promotional threshold due to a return, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• ⁠ ⁠If your order did not come with a preprinted return label, please send the items to the address stated below. You can find more information about our return policies on our website, or you can contact our customer service.

If you wish to exchange the items, e.g., for a different size, you should place a new order in our webshop. This will ensure quick delivery and avoid complications, as your receipt will be consistent with the items you receive.

 

Note for returns:

• ⁠ ⁠The order must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
• ⁠ ⁠Items that are damaged or worn will not be accepted for return.
• ⁠ ⁠Send the items back in their original packaging with the attached tag.
• ⁠ ⁠Please enclose this return form, duly filled out.
• ⁠ ⁠The corresponding amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your return.
